I have put together a package of classes from our online membership that you can use for ideas or to have your patients or clients try (and then you can guard them or see how well they can follow something on video)!

Our membership is for people with Parkinson's and we have a range in mobility levels who join the membership, but it is best for people on the more athletic/independent side (to keep them that way!!).

We also do monthly educational meetings and I have included those as well! Enjoy!
