The online extension to our wellness program for people with Parkinson's. After over 9 years of teaching Parkinson's specific exercise classes, we are excited to to bring these classes online to increase access to the global Parkinson's community.
Our classes are designed based on the latest research principles, our clinical experience, and feedback from the hundreds of individuals with Parkinson's who have participated in our classes.
I think we all know that exercising in standing is super important! We need to be able to stand up and move fluidly through out the day to do the all the things we need and want to do! Standing is a great position to work on posture, balance and strength! We do lots of exercise in this position. In our full length PWR! Moves classes, we focus on all positions, if you know you want to just get a quick workout in standing, choose one of these!
