In this mini class we included the seated and standing portion of our daily PWR! Moves class. These are both is a great position to work on all many key skills like posture, balance, and strength.
Remember - modify as needed. Don't do anything that doesn't feel safe. Use support as needed for balance! It is more important to be safe and get a good workout in!
Equipment needed:
-Sturdy chair without arms
-Workout towel for stretching and in case you break a sweat!
-Light Hand Weights (1-3 lbs) or something similar!
-Water bottle
