We love the PWR! Moves and we don't want to give them up, but we do want to incorporate more strengthening exercises into our PWR! Moves Class. Strengthening is so important, for so many reasons!
So welcome to PWR! Moves + Strength!
We will still do most of our basic PWR! Moves plus some of our variations in our typical positions (sitting, standing, all 4s, on our stomach and back) and then we will add strengthening in different positions!
We are excited to add the Tidal Tank to our equipment list because it is easy to adjust the amount of weight in the tank, and increase it over time as you get stronger. There are also lots of great stability and balance exercises you can do with it!

Remember - modify as needed. Don't do anything that doesn't feel safe. Use support as needed during standing exercises and use a chair for getting down on the ground and back up if you need it!
Equipment needed:
-Sturdy chair without arms
-Yoga Mat for the floor
-Tidal Tank (or something similar if you don’t want to get the tank)
-Workout towel for stretching and in case you break a sweat!
-Light Hand Weights (1-3 lbs) or something similar!
-Water bottle
