The online extension to our wellness program for people with Parkinson's. After over 9 years of teaching Parkinson's specific exercise classes, we are excited to to bring these classes online to increase access to the global Parkinson's community.
Our classes are designed based on the latest research principles, our clinical experience, and feedback from the hundreds of individuals with Parkinson's who have participated in our classes.
In November 2020 we decided to have a theme of the day for each day of PWR! Moves classes. Mondays are for Mobility, Tuesdays are for balance (Tightrope Tuesdays!), Strength on Wednesdays, Breath on Thursdays, Friday Flows and Saturday Stretches!
The PWR! Move are amplitude based functional exercises designed specifically for people with Parkinson's. We incorporate the PWR! Moves and many other exercises in our classes!
It's great to do some things regularly so you can really feel yourself improve, and it's great to incorporate new things to keep class interesting!
This package has a great variety of classes to do and will keep you busy for as long as you want them to!
