One of the key components for an optimal exercise program is vigorous exercise! It needs to be challenging for YOU! The exact type of exercise and plan is different depending on the individual and their fitness level and Parkinson's symptoms. This class is one of our most challenging! Designed to get your heart rate up, get you out of breath and sweaty! This class is recommended for individuals who are independent with all mobility and activities like jumping jacks are challenging but doable :) All exercises can be modified for the individual, but we also want you to take the classes that are at the right level for you!
