Welcome to one of two different ‘prehab’ videos in our ortho series.
The goal with this series is to help PREVENT injuries from occurring by strengthening key support muscles.
This video will emphasis injury prevention specific for the lower back and knees. It will take you through a strengthening class targeting multiple core and gluteal muscles by working in various planes of motion and positions. This video should not be performed as a prescription for lower back or knee pain but rather to prevent. Please see a physical therapist if you are currently experiencing pain.
To get started it is recommended to have a mat, towel and water. Optional to add a resistance loop for extra strengthening work!
